"I had heard nothing but great things from both friends and internet forums about this amazing dealership and it's staff but with my residing in Northern CT, I never thought that I would ever find out for myself. Then one day, I placed a bid on E-Bay and before I knew it, my wife and I were making the 177 mile trip to pick up our new Aprilia Factory. During the E-Bay process, Bob, Chris and Karma were nothing but kind, knowledgeable and professional. With the bike being purchased in PA and registered in CT, we ran into a verification issue. Karma, Chris, Bob and the entire staff, kept the Dealership open (Sat hours are 9am-4pm) until 6:30pm, when all was resolved. Bob then took the (on his own time) time to complete a detail and thorough going over, on all of the bike features and details. This is something that I will always remember and respect. Another aspect that I appreciated about this dealership, is its attention to detail. From the showroom, parts, service and sales, they are absolutely meticulous. Regardless of the fact that they are more than 177 miles from my home and that my local Aprilia dealer is less than 10 minuets away, it is this very dedicationand, professionalism and passion for a sport that is so dear to me, that will make take the trip for they have gained my trust and I consider them faimly. I will not trust my bike to serviced by anyone else... We had such an amazing experience at Eurosport....that my wife now wants a bike.....grrrreat!!! Thanks guys and Karma."

"Where to begin?
My story begins about a year ago looking for that road bike that 'fits me'. I was at the time looking for a Triumph Thruxton, my local dealer was out and I really wanted to sit on one, just to get the feel for it. I searched the Internet and found Eurosports. My son and I decided to take a road trip to Coopersburg where I fell in love with a Ducati. Yes I sat on a Thruxton but it really didn't fit, not like the Ducati. This kind of reset my thinking - I like to research things extensively and the Ducati needed to be looked at. With some very kind words and some food for thought I left Eurosports. I did my research and started seriously looking at the Monster 696, to the extent that I took a test ride on one at the local Ducati dealership. I loved the bike but I wasn't crazy about the rest that would go along with it, if you hear what I'm saying. I remembered the kind words and advice I received almost a year before. I had already arranged for a loan through PSECU and could have easily penned the deal anywhere - I decided to go back to Eurosports. I am now the very happy owner of a 2009 Ducati Monster 696, purchased in late April. Although the weather hasn’t been cooperating it now has nearly 200 miles on it - 80 were put on on the ride home.
Remember the 'rest that would go along with it' statement earlier - well I sure do because the bike had a bit of a problem around 120 miles. Eurosports service bests them all! They picked up the bike and fixed the issue and delivered it back to me. That's customer service!
Bobby, Karma, Dave, Jean and the unknown person that fixed my bike all are the tops !!!
I recommend Eurosports if you’re looking to buy or even if you just want to get a feel for a bike. It’s worth the extra mile because they will go the extra mile.

"I was very impressed by my whole experience. From the moment I walked in until I finally purchased my new Monster 696 I felt very at ease and comfortable. Bob took the time to work with me and he went out of his way to help me get this done. When it came time for the paperwork Karma was great with my two little girls giving them a stuffed animal and markers and paper to keep them occupied while the transaction was completed. It's personal touches like this that make your dealership special - everyone I talked to had a smile for me and they were all very helpful and encouraging, which meant a lot to me as a first time buyer of a street bike, which I completely love by the way!
Thanks again to everyone at Eurosports! I would recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a great motorcycle at a great price, but most importantly one with the patience and understanding to really lend the assistance and make a person feel welcome without the added pressure of a sales pitch - I never once felt pressured to buy!

"Moving from New York City and being new to the state of Pennsylvania... it is a surprise for me to see people actually taking time to be polite to others just for the sake of being polite. To see a certain friendliness that runs thru what would seem the entire state is still overwhelming. I guess these things are a lot to take in when you come from a city like New York... where... let's just say folks can be a bit rough sometimes. In any event I'm happy to say that the politeness and friendliness I've come to experience can also be found at EuroSports from the entire staff. From the moment I came into the store I was greeted by the pleasant & knowledgeable owner Bill... with his hand extended forward and a confident handshake to follow. He was not only able to answer all of my questions, but he was also able to listen to all of my concerns. Thus guiding me into being more informed and making the right decision in the selection of the right motorcycle. Along with the proper accessories to get me on my way to owning my second motorcycle, but first brand new vehicle I was ready.
While Bill sets the tone at EuroSports he doesn't make the magic happen alone as he has the most supportive and equally enthusiastic staff that is just as willing to provide excellent customer support. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are the only customer in the busy store. Never hurried or rushed, always putting you, the customer first. Not once do you feel that they are just out to make a sale, but rather they really want to make sure you are comfortable in understanding all that is available to you. You can feel and see how the entire staff goes above and beyond to put you first.
I know this because, I just had the bike delivered to the house this Saturday afternoon, and after an hour or so of drooling over my new toy... I noticed that there was something wrong... The bike didn't start; it seemed to be out of gas. After putting gas into the bike and still getting no results... my high went to low... as by this time Euro Sport was closed, and no one would be back in the shop until Tuesday.
Well needless my hopes to get it up and running, hit rock bottom. I mean I think anyone would feel the same way if they weren’t able to play with their new toy. I decided to call the dealership anyway and figured I could at least leave a voice mail letting someone know my concern of the issue at hand. All the while thinking, "this bike is so different from my older one, am I missing something?" I was hoping that when someone came in on Tuesday morning they would call me right away. Feeling down I went on the internet and found the EuroSports website and sent an email to Bill letting him know of my situation. Not expecting to hear anything until Tuesday....
I was very surprised when my phone rang on Monday, from none other than Superman (Bill) himself. As faith would have it, Bill is not just dedicated during store hours, while customers are in the shop... but the man comes into the office on his days off. One can only assume he works his magic behind the scenes in getting things ready for business. In any event Bill, (who didn’t have to return my call until Tuesday) was kind enough and professional enough to call me and walk me thru some trouble shooting steps and when that didn’t work... he was nice enough to come to my home to assist me. With a new battery in hand... He swapped it out and the bike started right away. I can’t explain in words how happy and appreciative I was. I mean to think of anyone... much less the owner coming by, to make a house call at 9:00 at night to me was just unreal. Like I said the entire staff just goes above and beyond to make sure... you the customer... are 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend EuroSports to anyone looking for the best in customer service, from people who actually love to what they do. I’m happy to say my new Triumph Tiger 1050 and I are as happy as can be. Thanks Euro Sport.

"When I arrived I pulled in a parking space and looked to my left and there it was - 2000 Suzuki Intruder 1400. I instantly loved the color and features. The price listed did not fit into my budget. I gave my top budget price of $3000 which was short $995.00 of price on bike. I figured - no chance. Chris said "Let's see - I'll be back". About 5 minutes later, Chris came back and said we'll come down to 34. I labored over the additional money I needed. But Chris and I talked another 20 minutes about riding bikes,
and stuff in general. Everyone asked if they could help now and then as I thought about it some more. I was there to buy a bike, from people know and ride bikes the right way and know the business. Needless to say - I bought that bike from Chris. He had the service people go over the bike and make sure it was all ready to go. The notary girl was great. Very nice and knew what to do. Another saleman gave me a great deal on a helmet and the undermask. You can't get deals like this on ebay, and you can't get service for your bike by private deals either.
I got a great deal, a serviced bike running it's best before they would let it go out the door, a price break on the helmet, a 30 day warranty, extended if I want it later
and the best buying experience I've had in a long time anywhere. I told my friend all about it and he said "You
got a fair deal, it's a nice bike and I like the helmet."
I told him about my ebay and trade papers experience and
the more he looked at the bike and thought about it he said "Yeah, You got a great deal, and for them to go over the bike and put even more time into it after you already bought it, they really wanted to make you happy and keep you safe - it was the best deal and I'm happy for you.
My friend and I ride side by side for the past 25 years and
I know him well -he's a tough cookie to sell.
Thanks again, for making it possible for me to get the bike I really wanted and the security I needed. You guys rock, and the shop manager girl really knows her stuff.
